From forest to veneer
Sastamala Mill sources birch logs of legal origin from local Finnish forests. These logs are processed into high-quality veneers, which are then supplied to other mills within the Latvijas Finieris Group to produce the globally recognised Riga Wood birch plywood products.
We also offer bioenergy materials – including birch chips and bark – for energy and industrial use.
